Partiremo dalle basi come sfoglia \, pan brioche e lievitati per arrivare a produrre : \nGirelle salate \,Grissini sfogliati \, Pizzette sfogliate \, Torcetti salati \, Sfogliato al pomodoro \, Pan brioche: alle carote\, alla birra \,  Pan carrè integrale\, pan carrè tradizionale. ( farciti con presentazione) \, Panettone gastronomico alle castagne \nSaranno preparate anche le farciture per le ricette ottenute \nPer un pubblico di professionisti e  appassionati per preparare in casa un buffet di successo . \n  \n
